Hospitality Earners cover banquets, conferences, and venue events. FUERTIA connects Businesses with independent Earners (1099) on a per-Mission basis — you review credentials and assign the Earner yourself.

Duties

• Set, reset, and break down banquet rooms to BEO specifications.
• Greet and seat guests; manage check-in flow for ticketed events.
• Run plated and buffet service; handle bussing and resets.
• Support beverage stations within the operator's licensing rules.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and guest-area safety.

Requirements

• Self-attested Independent Earner (1099) on FUERTIA.
• Black-and-white or venue-specified uniform on hand.
• TABC or food-handler credentials uploaded when the Mission requires them.
• Reliable transportation to the venue.
